Job Description

As a Solar Farm Maintenance Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Solar Panel Cleaning: Regularly clean solar panels to remove debris, dust and other contaminants that may impede performance.
• Vegetation Control: Manage weed growth and cut grass around the facility to prevent shading and maintain site aesthetics.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections to identify and report potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• General Maintenance: Assist with other upkeep tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the solar farm.

What the job requires

• Experience: Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping or related fields is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Hours
